About Me

Some might think that packing up your family and moving across the world to be a "missionary" is something extraordinary. Maybe it is, in that not everyone does it. But my living in Thailand doesn't make me extraordinary. The truth is that you couldn't find someone more ordinary than I am. I'm a mother of four awesome kids and wife of an amazing former pastor/current discipler of tribal people. We are in our 12th (I think?) year of homeschooling, which has been the most influential decision our family has ever made. Our lives are simple - we eat, study, play, work, and occasionally drag our kids away from their electronics to do something fun as a family. The only thing extraordinary about my life is the way that Jesus loves me. I just can't get enough of Him. I hope that as you read through the ramblings of my ordinary life you find something with which you can identify. And most of all, I hope you see a faith that, while far from perfect, is what keeps me hanging on. I pray you'll have that, too.
